Our Wildlife Removal Process
We inspect attics, rooflines, soffits, vents, crawl spaces, and exterior access points to identify:
- Wildlife activity
- Entry points
- Nesting or den areas
- Conditions contributing to access
We review what was found, explain how wildlife is accessing the structure, and outline the recommended removal and exclusion plan.
Once approved, we schedule the appropriate removal, trapping, monitoring, and exclusion work based on the wildlife activity identified.
For rodent cases, scheduled follow-ups typically occur every 3–5 days while activity is being resolved.
We monitor activity and perform scheduled follow-ups as needed, making adjustments based on what we find.
Once activity has been resolved and exclusion work is complete, we perform a final review. Additional attic services can be discussed separately when needed.
