Our wildlife inspections are performed on Houston homes to identify active infestations, entry points, nesting areas, & conditions allowing wildlife inside the structure. We specialize in humane wildlife removal, professional exclusion, attic restoration for raccoons, squirrels, bats, possums, rats & more.
Did you know?
Squirrels are one of the leading causes of attic fires in Houston homes. They frequently chew live electrical wiring while nesting inside attics. Even a single exposed wire can create a serious fire hazard.
Squirrel activity often goes unnoticed until insulation damage, burning smells, or power issues appear — making early detection critical.
Did you know?
Raccoons are strong enough to tear through roof decking, shingles, and attic vents. Once inside, they compress insulation, damage ductwork, and contaminate attic spaces with waste.
Because raccoons often return to the same nesting sites year after year, structural damage can escalate quickly if entry points aren’t properly identified.
Did you know?
Possums enter attics seeking warmth and shelter, leaving behind droppings, odor, and contaminated insulation. Their activity can affect indoor air quality and often requires insulation removal or replacement.
Possum damage is frequently mistaken for roof leaks or HVAC issues due to strong odors and duct disruption
Did you know?
Rats must constantly chew to keep their teeth trimmed, often damaging wiring, insulation, and framing inside walls and attics. This hidden activity can create serious electrical and fire risks before homeowners ever see a rat.
Rat infestations commonly spread silently through attic spaces, making professional inspection essential.

Every wildlife project starts with a free wildlife inspection. Our wildlife inspections are performed on Houston homes to identify active infestations, entry points, and conditions allowing wildlife to access the structure.
We inspect attics, rooflines, soffits, vents, crawl spaces, and exterior access points to identify:
• Species present
• Active entry points
• Nesting or den areas
• Conditions allowing wildlife or rodents inside the home
(This inspection gives us a clear understanding of what’s happening and what needs to be addressed.)

After the inspection, we review our findings with you and explain:
• What animals or rodents are present
• How they’re entering the home
• What steps are required to resolve the issue
We then agree on a plan and timeline before any work begins.

Once the plan is approved, we schedule:
• Wildlife removal or rodent control
• Exclusion work to stop re-entry
For rodent cases, follow-ups typically occur every 2–5 days until activity is resolved.
For wildlife cases, we monitor activity using cameras when needed to ensure animals have exited properly before sealing.

We don’t treat wildlife issues as one-day projects.
We:
• Monitor activity
• Perform scheduled follow-ups
• Make adjustments as needed
This ensures the issue is fully resolved — not temporarily covered up

After removal and exclusion are complete and the home is confirmed animal-free, the project is closed out.
Additional services such as sanitizing or insulation removal are discussed only if needed and only if the homeowner chooses to proceed.
Raccoon removal requires more than trapping. We identify how raccoons accessed your home, remove them humanely, repair affected areas, and secure entry points to stop repeat activity.
Our squirrel removal process focuses on safe removal, nest elimination, and long-term exclusion. We secure rooflines and vents to prevent squirrels from returning after removal.
Bat removal must follow strict wildlife regulations. We perform legal bat exclusion, seal access points, and restore attic conditions once bats have safely exited the structure.
Rodent infestations often go unnoticed until activity spreads. We inspect attics and structures, remove rats safely, and implement sealing solutions to prevent re-infestation.
Possums commonly enter attics and crawl spaces seeking shelter. Our team humanely removes possums and restores affected areas to protect indoor air quality and sanitation.
Removal alone isn’t enough. Our exclusion services reinforce vulnerable areas, seal entry points, and provide long-term protection designed to keep wildlife out permanently.

Scratching noises, droppings, damaged insulation, or odors are signs of an active wildlife issue in Houston homes. Raccoons, squirrels, rats, bats, and possums commonly enter attics through rooflines and vents. A professional wildlife inspection helps identify the problem early and prevent costly attic damage.
