When issues arise, Jeremy is hands-on — identifying problems early, correcting them quickly, and making sure every project meets The Restoration Attics standards for workmanship and long-term results.

Sales Manager

With over 10 years of hands-on wildlife inspections, Ivan specializes in identifying wildlifel and rodent activity through visible structural damage — including chewed wiring, damaged ductwork, roofline breaches, and attic entry points. His inspections are thorough and straightforward, helping homeowners understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what’s required to resolve the issue properly — with clear documentation, honest guidance, and solutions designed to prevent future wildlife intrusions.

Pest Control Director
With more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial pest control, James oversees all pest services at The Restoration Attics. As a licensed applicator and former branch manager, he brings extensive knowledge of pest behavior, treatment protocols, and compliance standards for both homes and commercial properties.

James designs pest control programs tailored to the environment — whether that’s a single-family home, multi-unit property, office, warehouse, or retail space.
